So Dane did my roof, my driveway today. Did an excellent job! He is very conscientious in fact, he is super fussy especially about plant protection. so if you need pressure washing done softwash on your roof give a him call

We are very happy with the window cleaning done by Cleaner Outlook! We plan to have them back for more interior window cleaning and pressure washing when we can. They have great customer service, impressive workmanship, and are very reasonably priced.

We’ve refined our techniques to be incredibly effective at removing even the most stubborn stains. Time and again, we’ve been able to get rid of stains from clients’ properties that they’d never thought they’d lose. In some extreme cases, we may not be able to 100% remove stains but can still significantly reduce their appearance. As we inspect each property before we begin our cleaning, we’ll be able to realistically estimate to what extent we can eliminate your stains.

Is it safe to use high-pressure washing on my fence or deck?

Cleaner Outlook LLC | Aug 30, 2022
Cleaner Outlook LLC | Aug 30, 2022

It largely depends on the material your deck is made from. Synthetic materials such as vinyl and composite decking, as long as they aren’t seriously damaged, are pretty resilient and can handle pressure washing, though it’s still best practice to work up from a lower-pressure wash. However, wooden decks or fences are susceptible to splintering and warping under high pressure. While each job is different, we typically opt for soft washing in our deck and fence washing.

What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Cleaner Outlook LLC | Aug 30, 2022
Cleaner Outlook LLC | Aug 30, 2022

Soft washing is a form of pressure washing that utilizes low-pressure nozzles with a wide-angle spray that spreads the water out more finely rather than concentrating it in a more high-pressure stream on a smaller area. While we may be the experts for pressure washing in Lakeland, we know when to use a softer touch, too! We use soft washing when we clean surfaces that are fragile and easily damaged by high-pressure washing- think glass, shingles, or solar panels.

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

It is usually a good practice to get your windows cleaned anywhere between 6-8 months, especially after spring! If you live close an oak tree, your window cleaning intervals maybe shorter.
