They did an amazing job with literally everything. The space itself was a well designed, industrial-eclectic feel. Friendly staff greeted me by name at the door (I made a reservation the night beforehand, off hours) and gave detailed floating instructions, provided everything you'd need (ear plugs/bath robe/hair dryer/even hair conditioner for after). Hydromassage was heaven. They offered an eye mask for the massage, it helped with relaxing. Very into this place!

Took my mom there and she loved it. she has fibromyalgia and said she felt a little better within just the first session there. will definitely be coming in again. The only reason we give it a 4 star review instead of a 5 star is because she felt uncomfortable with the “either or” setting of light. There were only options to either turn off the lights completely or to have them on completely. She would have liked more setting; like maybe a setting for blue light (which has been proven to help with relaxation) or at least a setting to dim the lights instead of completely shutting them off and sitting in darkness. She also said she couldn’t properly relax because she felt like the tub was too slippy. she would have felt more comfortable with a handle or bar at the sides of the tubs so she would feel safer getting up. Regardless, she loved the experience and will going again

Omg! The best and most relaxing experience of my life. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. The decor is so peaceful and serene and cleanliness is of the utmost priority at Meta. I would give this place 5 million stars if I could!

Love the atmosphere and warmth of therapists. Would recommend to everyone looking to wind down. Also recommend doing the hydro massage before the floating session.
