I'm not reading in reviews how the program runs its treatment, what the facility offers, how it helps, are there classes for educating a client, what offers are made and what is it here that would make me want to believe it's the best program for me? The website or the description doesnt give any information that encourages, educates, describes what they do for a person seeking recovery! If the website, pictures, do not show proof of why I should choose to recover here then it's simply a place where people waste hope, time, money, especially hope, then this place is a waste and is in it to financially gain and blame you for not achieving the goal you sought out, seriously, from the start. I would guess this place is so new that they need to step back and check the service they offer and the recovery graduates they can say they are proud of achievement because they received the skills, advice, education to succeed! I'm not reading any review stating the benefits received by going here?!!!

Wish I was still a patient here. Was treated amazing Saved my life Now I'm stuck at a terrible clinic in Chico 😪 If you can, be seen here for sure If I had a car I'd drive 4 hr round trip weekly to come back as patient (only tiny improvement they could make is to open at 5am again like old days, I need my meds in me at that time of day to function properly) Best clinic ever !!!

Dr.Stenson is very professional, compassionate too. He's VERY knowledgeable of this field, and he holds & speaks at a couple of classes held every month that's very interesting with current information shared with patients that they can use to improve their quality of living. Thanks🙏 to the whole staff of Midtown Core!

No, you can start on as low a dose as you feel comfortable with. Then you can request to taper down slowly and get off it. If you call & make an Appt., they will answer your questions. They're really supportive at Core.
Don't know, most people use insurance. If you can get Medi-Cal, they'll pay 100%. You can't really choose a program length though. Just call & ask for an appointment. The staff is great, really compassionate and caring. They'll be happy to answer any questions you have. They're on the corner of Capital & 21st. Across from Chase Bank. Hours are 7:00am to 1:30 pm M-F.
We accept any form of picture ID. If you don't have ANY picture ID, then you can go to the DMV to get a CDL or identification card. They will give you a temporary ID that we can use to admit you to the program. You will be asked to provide the picture ID within 2-6 weeks or upon receiving your CDL or ID.
C.O.R.E. stands for Comprehensive Opiate Recovery Experience. Treatment at C.O.R.E. emphasizes individualized care and person-centered treatment.
You may find our West Sacramento location will best suit your preferences. The clinic is located at 3990 Industrial Blvd. The phone number is (916) 796-0020. Feel free to call for more information.
Please visit C.O.R.E. during working hours to review costs and payment options. We currently have a grant through DHCS that covers uninsured and underinsured patients. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Thank you for your question. Your treatment experience is individualized to your specific needs. Your drug use history and how altered your brain chemistry has become will inform your taper plan.
Just go in at 6:00 am tell them you want to get on methadone an they will help you with the rest oh yeah you can pay for your daily dose of methadone or if you got insurance they will bill them thanks for asking Sasha
Doctors cannot write prescriptions for methadone as treatment for opiate dependency any more. You need to either have your doctor refer you out to the program, or you can call C.O.R.E. early in the morning and ask them for information on how to set up an appointment to be seen and which necessary route to take. They will answer al of your questions.
Tell the desk you want to “change your councilor”. Seriously.
