The staff are kind and cares for their patients, I am a student at UC Berkeley majoring in EECS, I need a letter form my healthcare provider for housing purposes, but I need that as soon as possible, I hope they will help me with that, they really cares for patients and really loved it. I would like to add some more great points. I had a series of appointments with Dr. Charles Hooper in Mack road location (my medical health care provider), he is such a nice and caring doctor, I went to all other doctors, including my GI doctor who knew me for almost 3 years, but when I asked him for help with my school documents he just leaved me and he even did not care. I went to the UC Berkeley health center, they also refused me. But when I went to doctor Charles hooper, oh man! very nice doctor, caring. I really loved his attention and attitude for his patients. I would like to thank him and the Elica health center in Mack road. They really helped me as a student and as a patient. I got appointments in times when I needed them the most and really appreciate that. The really supported me emotionally and I am glad that I changed my insurance to the Elica Family. My whole family chose Elica as their medical center and changed their insurances to Elica. Great experience!

I just wanted to share my experience here at Elica Health Centers. I first came here to get my COVID vaccine but after my experience I decided to become a permanent patient. First it starts with a great staff, everyone is professional, helpful, and very informative. The front office staff were great at explaining to me and helping me fill out the necessary paperwork. Next is the back office staff, they are all caring and knowledgeable people who took their time to get my information, explain everything and they give great shots. During my time spent in the office I would like to take a minute and share that the manager was very caring towards her staff she seems to treat them very well from what I observed. She was there to help them when they had questions and I noticed she keeps her door open. That to me is very good management, and shows she is very inviting and open to her employees coming in and out to talk to her. I spent a total of about 1 hour between coming in, being seen (which the provider Arbert was great and took his time with me which means a lot, and didn’t rush me), to checking out . So I was able to witness alot in that short visit. And I have been back twice since my first appointment and each time I have received the quality of care and respect as a person and not just a money sign. Thank you Elica, I appreciate the care you give!!!!

The worst service in medical history, throwing patient from one brunch to another, laughing at patient instead of taking care of him, no patient inside, but still they didn’t see the person who was begging them for help even he was Elica regular patient
