If there was a 0 star I would give it based on wait time to check in and rudeness of staff. The receptionist didn't acknowledge me or people standing in line, then I waited 10 minutes to finally be called forward to check in, no friendly customer service at all. I will change facilities due to this insensitive person who took his mask off to yell at me about the COVID questions that I continued to just say No No No to. No one should have yo endure this.

Sutter has a great health care personnel that is unmatched I have downgraded due to the poor service rendered today my check in time 1205pm start time 1220 my wait time 40 minutes with not being informed when the Doctor will see me till I inquired l had rescheduled because my time is also important the response from the staff was pathetic today if we cancel or re schedule our appointment we have to answer so many questions SMF fails to keep a appointment the response we are sorry we get kicked out for defaulting please explain.if there is going to be a delay please communicate with the patient in the examination room

Between my son and I, we have encountered many different providers in this office. I am surprised to find that each and every provider at this office is a 5 star provider. They are kind, professional, caring, thorough, and always spend the necessary amount of time to patiently address each of my concerns. They also are pretty good about answering MHO messages/requests in a timely manner. Shout out to Dr. Katercamp, Dr. Freeman, Dr. Paydar, Dr. Maria Veloz, Dr. Melissa Wilcox, Dr. Geneve White, and Dr. Shelley Eder. Also, the front office staff are always friendly and professional. Thank you all for being a wonderful primary care team!

I love this office!! Every time I come to the doctor here, everyone is professional and very courteous. I generally see Dr Eder, but if she is not available I've seen other doctors that I feel are very competent and have been very kind. My wait time has been very minimal and I consider it tobto within the average range of waiting time both for getting an appointment and once I'm in the office. I moved back east for a year and I missed this office as I could not even get into a doctor in Connecticut for the whole year. I'm so happy to be back on the West coast with a team of doctors that is very caring, stays on top of my needs and my health. They truly listen and ask questions when I am speaking and describing symptoms.
