Can't get the parts I need, hard to get anyone to answer the phones. Went into the office for help, was handed paper with phone numbers who also don't answer the phone! I don't even want to be a sleep apnea person anymore!

Love our family doctor, Doctor Li and her staff at Med5. They are the best. Dr.Li always takes time to listen to our concerns. She gets on it quickly too..Her email responds is always fast! My husband David and I have been in her care for a long time.

Kaiser is great if you do the work. Find good doctors. Don't like yours? Get another one. Read reviews. Try folks out. There are a lot of great providers at Kaiser if you are proactive about your healthcare. You don't blame Target when you buy the first coffee maker you see and it doesn't make the kind of coffee you want. You gotta think about your choices. Like everything else in the world, you get out of it what you put into it.

I've been trying to reach the sleep department for months. They never even called me when my doctor sent a recommendation for a sleep apnea test. I had to wait another month to take it once I finally got it scheduled. Now I need a sleep apnea machine and after a month of calling I cannot get through. They're always closed when they should be open. Someone has only called me back one time but I missed it and she called after hours so I couldn't call her right back. Even if they're not closed when I call, no one ever picks up the phone - except for the time someone picked up then promptly HUNG UP ON ME. Worst Kaiser experience I've ever had in my 30+ years of being a member.
