The tire on our rv was shearing off. We were in the middle of nowhere, and AAA refused to help. We called everywhere and Chima's was the only one that answered. Prompt and professional. Even sent an extra truck to give us a ride. THANK YOU CHIMA'S especially Aaron and James

This place towed my car then refused to give me a receipt and refused to look up the record and is saying they never towed my car. They were extremely rude and drivers and worker in office were very hostile when we came in to resolve the issue. Drivers literally told us they would not look it up because they don’t have to. I will be filing a lawsuit. Update** 2 weeks later - now that the attorney called them for the receipt of tow, the receipt magically appeared in their records. the reply to my review was a lie to make them look better because I did not remove my review once the attorney got the receipt from them. And no this is not getting taken down. Please work on your customer service
