We move there 2018- a run down place. Cockroach infected- no working dishwasher. Poor central air condition. And durty halls. They told us our contract were not going to be renewed. The manager told us that we were going to be sorry and that she was going to be sure we found nothing. She just had someone called us to tell us that there was damage!!WHAT DAMAGE!

I would like not to be able to give it a single star, the customer service here is fatal, they treat you as if you were in a pasture, they hang up the phone and only because they do not do their job well, since December I applied here December 2020 and these people every time When I called to update me, they treated me badly and hung up the phone on me. Their response was that they were attending to those who had applied in previous months. I went in person and they didn't even check my information. Now, after almost a year, they tell me that I don't appear in the system. that they should look sheet by sheet to see if they find me but it was that I never applied, as if I were a liar, they agree to call you to give you answers and they never call you, the workers are very inconsistent, the truth is that after all I think they should be called they conscientiously act as if they have no family, they seem to be terrestrial.
