In Lehigh Acres, it's a bad service for vaccines, the wait is surreal, lines are always crowded. the person who gives the vaccine also attends the cashiers, and we have to wait for the line to decrease to get the vaccine that is already scheduled!

By far the worst Walgreens I ever been to slow dirty and very unprofessional the black girl in the pharmacy is racist against white and Spanish people especially people who don't speak English she treats them like trash they need to improve all around and get people who want to work not people who are mad for doing there job

I understand the pharmacy is very busy and its a high call volume, but the cashier pharmacist doesn't have to be so nasty and unprofessional they have my husband an issue dropping off a script and said it wouldn't be filled and kept my script I gave never had an issue with Walgreens but the customer service needs to be improved.
