There are multiple factors, you can get an estimate from https://dmv.ny.gov/registration/registration-fees-use-taxes-and-supplemental-fees-passenger-vehicles there is a separate document for commercial vehicles.
They do not, but they accept debit cards instead.

That is the suite number. The map pin is currently in the proper location. If you look at street view you can see the entrance and sign. It is on the side away from Transit inside a regular mall entrance. The dmv is open before the mall officially opens.
It is still located near duffs. Go in the duffs entrance and walk down the hall until you can turn left. The dmv will then be on your left hand side

If you can get to the west seneca office make an appointment on line for that office. I actually came from Genesee county and that one was fast . you have to print or get your paperwork ahead of time but once there you are in and out fast. I believe all the branches are do I,g appts for everything
