Most of those who live here break the rules, starting with the maintenance workers, they demand decent people, but the scoundrels are allowed the crap, they don't wear masks, and they are supposed to have 2 cars per family, but there are people with 3 and 4 cars and those who are supposed to be security, don't even see each other around.

The person who put all that extra stuff about drugs and etc needs to be on check first of all i been living in these apartments for a while now almost 3 years to be exact. There's camera here 24/7 they did the streets and parking , and maintenance is there too. I love this place and grew up here too. I can deff say theres no drugs around . if so you can report to the office and police instead of putting a review and putting the apartment number without knowing the facts... ( not defending the person who lives in that apartment but also keep in mind thats defamation if you dont have proof!) A decent review from a person who is a mother and has been living here for years now

The Building #1 in The Maryner Towers that Building it’s not good some people who lives there have that building hot selling Drugs on the floors 8 and 3...Apartment 806 and the other in the third floor.. this people they have all types of people coming to the building you can’t even go down on the stairs because of the trafficking they have there on that building.. I’m moving out of this place because it’s getting pretty bad.
