Incredibly sketchy place to live. Owned by McKinley Development Company, LLC, which is based out of Rochester in the first place. No way to contact them about the incredibly sketchy property manager, Tawnee. She is incredibly difficult to work with, and has flat out lied to me about "corporate policy" multiple times. Out of the three property managers I have had here (in the last 3 years,) she is the only one who has brought up "corporate policies," and seemingly random fees that she enforces also seemingly at random. She is utterly lacking in decency and kindness, will assume you know nothing about housing law, and will try to fleece you for every cent she possibly can, citing "corproate policy," the same corporation that she refused to provide any contact info for when directly asked. Again, no other property manager here has exhibited such behavior. Laundry room in the basement is run on an app that hardly works half the time, and is $1.75 per wash and $1.75 per dry. Nothing is included in the rent, which is raised every year. Last year my rent was raised about $150 per month, and I believe I still paid about $200 less than new residents. With nothing included, at these prices, and dealing with such awful "management," there is simply no way to recommend living here to anyone who has the ability to live elsewhere.

I have had an amazing experience living at Steeple Bay! I have been here almost a year now and this is by far the best complex I’ve lived in! It’s a great location and always quiet at night which you don’t always get at apartment buildings. Tawnee and staff have always been very attentive to their tenants needs and makes us all feel taken care of! They have treated my dog and I with such kindness. I highly recommend it here!

I have lived here for about 8 years. I haven't really had any maintenance issues. When I have, it was taken care of quite quickly. It is a nice quiet neighborhood, very close to the #14 and #16 busses. Definitely has my recommendations.
