Right now they have a special where you pay half of first month's rent plus a $700 deposit. I just moved in and had to pay $1,050 in total.

However, If you have a pet, you would need: First month, security deposit, pet deposit, and first month pet fee ($30). My son just moved in. I believe they told me first month and security deposit required. I love the place.! For their first apartment starting out...so whatever they require is worth it!. Good luck
