The working staff are very nice and the complex has multiple appealing factors to a variety of people such as vollyeball, tennis, a pool and a fitness center. Apartments are kept in good condition

If you want great customer service and a beautiful place to call home TPC is were it’s at. Maria Theodore the Assistant Manager leased to me and she made my experience so easy. Want a tour to remember go to Maria she will give you all the information plus more. All we did was laugh during our tour and I felt home before I signed the lease. Since then it’s been a pleasure!

My experience at paddock club was amazing because of the Assistant property manger Maria Theodore she is everything, she quick with responding and actually returns phone calls and once you move in she is still their to assist you with your needs I definitely recommend going to her when considering paddock club

While asking so many questions Maria was informative and eager to assist in any way to make the process a smooth transfer. Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.

Yes, we do offer virtual tours through maac.com. Click on the “Tour Your Way” button on the community page and follow the instructions to request a virtual tour.
