Great place to live. Quiet and family friendly, staff is very polite and they do events as a community that make living here even more great. You may here other neighbors but overall it's very quiet and very well kept up. They also have a great daycare next to the office that offer discounts to residents. Very happy I live here, as far as roaches go yo see them every once in a while if your a cleaner like me but it's not a lot, plus they have pest control every Thursday if they become a problem pest and u start seeing them all the time. Prevent them before they get worse is all I can say. 100 percent love it here, a must rent place that's nice and not to pricey.

The place has terrible roaches that will crawl through your kitchen cabinets and to your bathrooms. The walls are so thin between each apartment that you can hear everything happening next door, below, and/or above you. Their park doesn't have much for kids to play with. Therefore, if you're looking for a family-friendly area, this is definitely NOT the place.

I was evicted in 2010! I had a verbal agreement with their Hispanic attorney. But 2 weeks later. I was getting evicted and I had 24 hours to be moved out. I tried to talk with anybody that would listen, but nothing! I finally call that hispanic attorney and explain what happened and that she was in the wrong, but she just hung up on me. Imagine having 3 kids and nowhere to go!!! I would never want anyone to experience that ever in life
