I’m not one to leave reviews but I’ve been here twice to exchange clothes and my experiences have been awful. The girls that work there are not very nice, make you feel uncomfortable, and overall just are short with you. I felt judge and belittled, and from the rest of the reviews it seems I’m not the only one that feels that way. Its unprofessional and it seems like you guys are doing nothing to be better about it. For anyone that wants to exchange clothes and be treated like you're human I highly recommend coyote exchange. So much more friendlier and aren’t as picky with clothes, they don’t just pick the basic items. They give back a fair amount in my opinion as well.

My child and I stopped by to shop a couple days ago. It was quiet in store for the duration of our shopping. We shopped for about an hour before I requested to use the fitting room and was informed that the fitting rooms closed at 6 pm. I look at the time to see that it is 6:24 pm. I asked what time the store closes and the employee said 7 pm. She proceeds to say that they inform everyone that the fitting room closes at 6 when they come through the door and I didn’t observe any signage to communicate this. I have an issue with this because a) we were definitely not informed walking through the door, b) we weren’t greeted with a hello or any acknowledgement from either of the 2 employees that were standing behind the counter when we entered, although we did make eye contact, c) we were shopping for nearly an hour and never once did either of them say a single word to us even though we passed each other multiple times and d) who invites people to shop in store for used, non-returnable items and then refuse the customer a fitting room more than 30 minutes before closing?! I requested the name and contact info of a manager and was met with “she is out of town on training”. The employee then refused to give me the manager’s name. So I asked for a business card and was told they didn’t have one. My child told me later he seen business cards on the shelf behind the counter. This is not the first time visiting this store but it was the first time being ignored, denied a basic service as well as denied any way to contact management. Needless to say, I didn’t purchase a thing and if it were up to me, my child wouldn’t have purchased the two shirts he did. It’s hard to support local business when they provide terrible service.

Our store is closed on Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving. We’re also closed every Sunday and we update our hours here if we close early on other holidays.
Because of the local mask mandate, we requiring customers and team members to wear a mask in the store. We also sanitize all common touch points like fitting rooms (yep, they're open!), front doors, registers and countertops every hour.
