My daughter went to Maywood Location for a diagonstics and i loved how they took care of her, the front desk was awesome, and the nurse and doctor were super friendly. I am a mom and making sure your kids are taking care of makes me super happy.

I came to the Maywood location and the staff was nice to my children. I have visited the Jersey City and Secaucus previously. I came on a Saturday and asked to be seen here since the call center chose the wrong site. I ask if both of my children could be see at the same time and with the doctors permission they were seen. The process went really fast and they were really helpful with my children. They accommodated the fact that my son did not know the alphabet and when he was scared and nervous with the pressure machine and ear test they did not get short with him they encouraged him and kept him calm. I know that the wait time while in the office is long but they have a lot of patients and give each person the amount of time they need and deserve for the visit as well as answer all questions.

This office is so bad. From front desk girls not acknowledging your presence to dismissive doctors. No AC and not chairs to sit on after you’re in the room waiting for almost an hour to see the doctor. Just a terrible place. Stay away.

The number that goes to the Maywood office really routes to the Secaucus office call center. So I either ask them my question or ask to be transferred. I have found that very few Riverside offices actually answer their lines.
They do. Also, if the problem is more involved, a podiatrist comes to this location periodically.
Usually ok, at least with new prescriptions going to the local pharmacy. However I seem to have a problem with getting my long term ones to mail order. Whenever I request a 3 month supply to mail order, they keep sending that 1 month to local. I don't know whether it is a glitch in their system or they simply don't understand.
