I couldn't get paper copies of my actual forms in Maywood. I tried to authenticate my account online but couldn't. I called the toll-free number and talked with a person, but that didn't help. I also tried the online chat. I had to go to the Hackensack office. Other than that they did well.

Horrible. The person never showed up to our appointment. And called hrs later telling .me they were in a different office and couldn't call me because they didnt have my number after I called many times

One of the worst tax filers on earth, they have charged me $230 as i was filing for the first time along with my spouse. The person was TAJ and he had no clue what he was filing and had submitted all my documnets wrong with the federal and state. It took 8 months to get my refund after several followups to tax office located in paramus. Nancy from JH HELPED me to re files my docs. Pls stay away from this place and file it online or a person whom you know.

If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
