Birth Certificate records the worst service ever, by phone they never answer, if you leave a voicemail they never return your call, and in person they are always in a bad mood, no friendly or helpful at all. It is so disappointing that you have to be treated like you are bothering them!

U have to have a up to date drivers licence what ever city u in make and appointment with your city cleark and u should be good oh make sure your name on your I'd is the same on the birth certificate peace

Its a mess down there....you can't even enter the building. I sent an email two weeks ago to either obtain my sons birth certificate or get a certified copy. Total disaster down there.
