I filled out the form on the table in front of the office, showed my documents, paid, waited a few minutes for the clerk to translate my scribbles into their system, checked it over with her, and that’s it. Useless office. It was 3.30pm. They didn't accept an international birth certificate because the print was small, so they "couldn't read it". Sent me to a translation office to get another translation to a company "they always send people to". Probably just wanted to get rid of us and go home.
