After 25 to 30 years of purchasing doors, stair parts, and millwork from PMD I was just informed that I must now order or request quotes online through email now. NO PHONE ORDERS as we have done for over 25 years. PMD has definately gotten too big for their britches and no longer give a Damm about the small contractors like us who put them on the map over the years. If you want customer service then this IS NOT the company for you. Go to someone that wants and appreciates your business.
