I recommend driving down walnut street and walking down the hill to cvs. Usually easiest place for street parking
There is no designated parking or parking validation. Most find street parking or walk from work or events they are in the area for.
The Pharmacy is open everyday of the week to the best of my knowledge, however they have bad hours. They open very early and close early.
