6/6/22: A big thank you to Gary (mechanic) in the shop! I had a coolant leak coming from the small diameter hose that follows the drivers side frame from the front to the rear. Gary replaced the hose and did a much better job with the mounting and routing of it than the factory had. It has not leaked a drop since! I also had to get my windshield replaced. Both jobs were completed within 24hrs from checking in. So thanks also goes out to Nick the service writer who got the ball rolling quickly the previous night when I checked in. _____________________________ Arrived @ 13:15 1/9/18 for B-service, Espar heater maintenance & a inverter problem. Was greeted by Andrew at the service window. Was told that they were shorthanded that day & had five trucks ahead of me, but they would try to get me in by that night or first thing the following morning. Was happy when they pulled my truck in @ 17:20 that evening and I was out by 21:30. Kudos to the mechanics here & especially to Andrew (service writer?). He was very informative and a asset to Crete Carrier. Perfect man for the job. I was especially impressed by how he thoroughly went over everything that they did when I picked up my truck. A very nice contrast to just being handed the keys or not being told at all when your truck was ready. (like I experienced a couple times at ONE of the other Crete shops in particular) The shop here did everything that I asked and went above and beyond on a couple other things as well. I will definitely try to return here in the future to get my truck serviced.

Great terminal, the area next to the driver's lounge where drivers park with trailers needs to be restricted to bobtails only. Drivers with trailers parking there overnight block for some of us trying to use the scale, forcing us to go thru the fuel island.
