The location is great and it's never busy but I seriously don't think any of them know how to do their jobs. You literally have to spell everything out for them. I had to make a mortgage payment 3 times over the course of 15 years with late fees so every time it was a different person and I would tell them I want to pay the amount due for the mortgage and then pay the amount for the late fee it would always come to some total like 3:33 and some change and typically I gave $340 or $350 depending on the type of Bill I had. Every single time they would either ask me so do you want the change back or like what do you want us to do with it well I'm not tipping you. Or they would literally just apply it to the loan and say well you didn't say what you wanted us to do with the change we saw that you told us she wanted to pay the mortgage but you didn't write give the change back so we just assumed you meant to do whatever with it three different people on three different occasions all did the exact same thing I didn't realize that when you handed somebody more money than what was due you had to explain that you wanted to change back. If I go to Walmart and my total is $19 and I hand them a 20 they're going to give me a dollar back they're not going to ask me what I want to do with my change but yet at this Bank either that's how they're training they're tellers or they're just hiring a bunch of incompetent people LOL

I've never had any problems with NASB. All of the workers have been very nice and helpful everytime I come in. They have also always been helpful with any fraud attempts on my account and making sure my money stays safe and secure.

I had an account with NASB since 2003. During Covid 19 shut down. I lost my job and somehow my account was overdrawn by only about $20 dollars. They closed my account without any notice. All the Covid stimulus money was kicked back to the IRS and my Tax return situation has turned into a nightmare.
