Been banking at nasb since 1998 . used to be a good bank but in the past 3 years bank has been adding more charges with no more benefits . they will tell you.. you can get discounts but nothing worth what we're paying extra for and nothing around where I live or work . also I cannot access bank at all because of new lobby hours and bank hour as I work til 5 every weekday and Saturday ..

Went a couple weeks back and I was told they don't know when the lobby will be open if it will even be by the end of year! This bank is the only bank that has there lobby closed what I know of. I wonder what else is going on here. I'm beginning to wonder and thought of changing banks.
