My partner and I have lived here for over a year now and we love it! The location is great and we love not having to worry about street parking or finding a spot.. the parking lot is huge! Jonathan is super helpful and quick to get back to my partner and I with any questions/concerns. Maintenance is also very friendly and always on top of things here.. the building itself is very quiet and well maintained with spacious floor plans.

My boyfriend and I moved in here a few months ago and we have really enjoyed our time here so far. It’s a very nice space and has a dog park for our dog. Jonathan has really shown a lot of effort to clean up the place, and keep residents happy. Any issue we have had has quickly been resolved!

My boyfriend and I met with Jonathan to live here in early February and fell in love with the spaces. It is extremely accessible as far as the width of the doorways, handicap buttons, handicap parking, functional elevators, etc. It is a pet friendly building and each apartment has its own private balcony. Maintenance acts very quickly and the atmosphere of the building is quiet and calm. We love it!

My fiancé and I have lived at Carisbrooke for about 6 months now, and it has been wonderful. The property manager Jonathan is extremely nice and responsive, the other tenants have all been friendly and considerate, and the apartment quality is excellent. Hands down the best apartment I’ve had the pleasure of living in, and I would urge anyone to consider Carisbrooke if Manchester/Bedford area is desired and you want the best value around.
