I cannot say enough about the great customer service and experience that I received from bank representative Jim Erickson. I had a family crisis and needed service within a narrow time line and he met every need with dispatch. Got me through a stressful period with ease. Happy customer!

Had to call and update address 3 times before it got changed. Requested a debit card 3 times and it never came. When I called to inquire about my card the branch manager told me they were busy and would have someone call back, “okay?” When I told him it wasn’t okay and that I needed to speak with someone about my card never being delivered the manager spoke over me, again saying they were busy, saying there was nothing he could do, he would have someone call me back, said “thank you” and hung up on our conversation. I called back 6 times and no one would pick up. When they finally picked up on the 7th call he said I hung up on him and continued to talk over me. I asked him for his boss’s information and he wouldn’t give it to me. Instead, I had to call customer service to get his boss’s information. Is this the customer service they were referring to on UMB’s advertisements? Juvenile, confrontational and unprofessional. His behavior is the reason I’ll be closing my accounts at the 18th and Grand UMB location.

I live in Collinsville and needed some information on some business work I had with UMB Bank. I had went to the drive-thru in C city. Sent my paper work in and it took them 47mins said they didn't know what to do made a copy of paper without my permission. Four months later I call the Kansas City branch. Spoke to a AWESOME, POLITE, & VERY HELPFUL man by the name of Jim Erickson. Answered all my questions and then some. I think he deserves a rsise. THANK YOU JIM !!! 🌈🌈
