This would be my second appointment and they have both been rescheduled the day of. I go to school in Maine and drive all the way here for my appointment to be changed. No courtesy of others times and schedules. I don’t have the money to be driving around from state to state and they could at least call me a day before, not an hour before my appointment was supposed to be. Will be changing providers, please don’t waste your time like I have.

Great doctor and a couple good receptionist but some of them need to find a new job so rude !

So all except maybe one receptionist here are so so rude! They will throw their finger up for you to wait instead of politely telling you they will be with you shortly. Very short and rude when speaking to patients. Not a fan of two of the doctors nurses at this practice either. One for being short and rude when speaking. The other while nice does not seem experienced.

This office is just terrible. If you are looking to take care of your health just don't come here. They will put you on hold and hang up the phone multiple times and then the other times you call they will just go to voicemail, you will leave a message and never get a callback. Good luck trying to be responsible for your health when you can't even get on the phone to make an appointment. Pure disappointment.
