While the people are friendly, this organization is extremely difficult to work with for any situation beyond the everyday checkups and vaccinations. I was denied a breathing test by a substitute doctor to determine if I had asthma, even though I had the common symptoms after recovering from covid-19. Organizations that provide both insurance and healthcare should not be allowed to exist. They are driven by profit and they guide their doctors the same way. Patients are at a disadvantage for treatable illnesses. It is sad.

Horrible, heartless staff at the pharmacy. I witnessed as they berated a patient for asking for a status update after being there for over 2 hours for a prescription he had been trying to get since the week before. Pharmacy staff even refused to provide their first name and acted shady to prevent being reported to the State of California's medical board for the dehumanizing treatment against the individual.

Parking ticket must be validated and is good for the the first 2 hours, otherwise you get charged for every 20 minutes. Currently, parking ticket validation is no longer needed until further notice.

Yes, I have had to reschedule appointments and she will call you back. I've been at her desk while she did it and there was someone else waiting to reschedule, too. It can be frustrating especially when you're not feeling well. However, once you get to your appointment, the staff and environment make you as comfortable as possible.
If your doctor has an order put in for one you can walk in. They DO get busy at times, though. Personally I'd make an appt.

At the J Street location you can enter their parking garage from 5th OR 6th street. Take your ticket. Get it validated. Free parking. Easy in and out. Nice facility.
If you park in the garage, walk into the doors, past security and around the coffee bar. It's around behind the coffee bar.
