This place is horrible. I hurt my leg in March didn't get seen by a doctor till may then it took another month to get an MRI done. It's been 3 weeks since my MRI and I still haven't got my results or heard back from my doctor. Left tons of messages and called a bunch of times and still nothing.

They canceld my July 1st appointment after I had scheduled it on from May 15th. Only one day before the appointment they called me saying: "yeah your doctor decided to go on a vacation and won't be available untile August 1st" like really??? Why didn't you contact me before, send me an email , call me, no nothing. Really disappointed and disrespected.

Our 10-month old was denied medical attention at the entrance of the building. The child has had diarrhea for more than 2weeks !we had attempted to get her seen at the ER but was also denied entrance by them and told to contact the child’s primary care provider. We finally got an appointment to be seen by her PCP at thisCommunity clinic only to be fiend entrance by woman at the door. She had verified the child’s name and appointment on her personal list and had verified it and still turned the child away! Why? They can’t even give a justifiable reason why. The woman demonstrated the nastiest attitude and we feel it was prejudice as she was clearly sizing grandmother up and down in disgust. Where is a child suppose to get medical attention if she is denied by both the E.R. And her PCP. They want to try and call back and say that the appointment was supposed to by phone when they clearly gave driving instructions and gave us instructions to check in at building entrance. Medical negligence at it’s finest. It’s clear our medical facilities are taking advantage of this pandemic and public fear to flake out of their duty to help the sick. No infant should be denied medical attention this way, especially if she’s got diarrhea for more than two weeks and is not showing symptoms of COVID or general bacterial infection.

Don't don't DONT come here. I've been going here for the last several months. The first doctor I saw, left. The next doctor they scheduled me with was unable to get me a dermatology referral because she didn't write in her notes the information the insurance needed to approve it. Mind you, I specifically told her this info. Then the director, Dr. Onate is THE WORST doctor I've ever had in my life. I was feeling nauseous, headaches, stomach cramps and my back hurt, so I was having trouble walking. He comes in, upset because whoever scheduled me gave me the wrong appointment slot, then Onate gave me a referral to a physical therapist. That was it! Nothing to address any of my other symptoms, and after telling him I thought I needed some other care he tells me well that's my diagnosis, so you're getting a referral and walked out without a word, leaving me confused. On top of this I went in for an appointment, which I had to take off time from work for, and when I GET THERE they told me it was cancelled and to call back tomorrow to see what they could do for me. You know what they did the next day? Schedule me an appointment a month away. I really wish I could report this place because it needs an overhaul - big time. If you have the option, go anywhere else.
