Dumb stuff doesn't take housing pay for parking period assign parking and you still have to play...i tried getting my grandmother in here on Section 8 they said on website they take it. But in person he said no

Cons: Inconsistent management, no enforcing of rules based on lease contracts, etc. Needs improvement on how to handle tenants complaints. Pros: Convenient location, amenities sub par but needs a little work.

Ive been here for two years now hopefully coming up on resigning another year with LSG Lofts. The place, to me, is breathtaking and my views from the 10 th floor are fabulous. They let me do some painting, etc and Ive made it feels like my home, not some apartment. Jonathan and the guys in the office are ajways very kind and diligent in any needs that need be met in a very timely manner. I plan on many more future years here.

My experience so far has been amazing at this apartment. They host events for residents which is great, just had a crawfish boil this past weekend. It's secure and clean as well. I would recommend you get reserved parking though. Overall, this is a great place to live, Brent and Jonathan are great guys.

They do accept Some Section 8 or Housing Assistance Vouchers...I'm not for sure about that one. There is a waiting list depending on how many bedrooms u need.

For the most part...but use common sense. You're living in downtown and when walking around the area you need to be aware. The 7-11 on Commerce and Harwood is pretty sketchy with aggressive panhandlers.
