I use this location several times per week for business. I have a lot of last-minute print jobs, and pack-and ship jobs. These folks step up every single time. I often need to use other Bay Area locations of FedEx for the same thing if I am out in the field, and they have been generally good. But this location is particularly well-managed and the staff here are universally excellent.

The manager Shawn was very rude. I was trying to ship a package and he said, "This is actually not FedEx! I don't work for FedEx and this is not an actual FedEx company!" Well you could have fooled me, because there's a great BIG-O sign outside the building with the words "FEDEX". The rest of the staff is very nice and very professional. It's amazing though, that the ONE person who is supposed to set the tone for professional behavior is the rude one.

This location is a joke. The staff is great but like the others say, the managers are flat out jerks. They won't accept any package unless it's in a fed ex box. They won't even accept new Amazon boxes claiming they are too weak and fail during shipping even though they are certified like every other box. They will gladly sell you an over priced fed ex and charge you to pack it, in which they do a terrible job as my customers have complained. Management is Extremely rude every time I go in. It's baffling that the two store managers are still there.
