Apt had residents that moved out 9/13 for my move in 9/14/22 for the same apt. Apt HAS ROACHES! TUB is yellow and aren't they supposed to re paint it? MAINTENANCE IS RUDE. WASHER DOESN'T WORK AND NOW AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE Half the apt has no power. ICE MAKER DOESNT NO RESPONSE . For the amount we pay you'd think they would have cleaner apts. Work orders have been sent.

Harry and Dylan the Maintenance men are the best! They responded promptly to a water heater need and was able to solve it right on time!

I've been here for a year, and renewed for a second. It hasn't been perfect (seems they had some turnover toward the end of 2021) but they've done some good work around the buildings to get things back up to snuff. The office staff are helpful whenever you need them (which hasn't been much...pretty smooth sailing in that department) and the maintenance staff is very friendly and personable. When I had my air go out late at night over the summer Harry and Dylan would (without an ounce of complaint) showed up at my door in minutes to resolve the issue.

Haven’t hair air conditioning for 9 days with zero communication from staff. It’s 89 degrees and rising in the apartment here. Don’t lease here if you don’t want to be sick from the heat when they can’t repair your air. It’s actually so hot in the apartment that my dog is sick. Also-this rent is TOO EXPENSIVE TO BE LIVING WITH THOUSANDS OF ROACHES!!!! They don’t care and lie about communicating with you, and won’t pick up the phone when you try to reach them. Do not recommend.
