Worst experience ever, just trying to get some help with the activation of a replacement phone and the rude guy just said call the number...he doesn't even try when it doesn't relate to a sale, it's not our only bad experience with this store but we tried because of location convenience... never again, maybe the company should be aware of the customer service people gets from places like this, if there was a zero star rare, they would get it from me.

I actually had a terrible experience at this store. I was OVERCHARGED for the taxes on my new phone as I later found out from Verizon direct. As well, the rep who sold me the phone did not show up for the appointment to set it up. To add to all that when I went in to the store and expressed my frustration with the no show of the salesperson for our appointment I was told that the store did not want to give me the phone I purchased because they did not like my attitude and the best I could get was a refund on my overcharged taxes. I will ONLY deal with Verizon directly in the future, no third party vendors.

Sabrina and David were super helpful in switching my plan from T-Mobile and my trading in my phone. They worked on getting me the best deal and now I’m paying less with better carrier service and perks. They were very thorough in the transfer process and helped me set up :) yes, it takes time to transfer to a new company, that is with any provider. At this location, my patience paid off and so far I’m super happy with my choice!
