I sent in my old very warn watch and received back a watch that's as good as new. I received nothing but compliments on what others thought was a brand new watch. Thank you, David Guzman Alpena, Michigan

The staff at Total Watch Repair resurrected my vintage Seiko diver's watch. I've owned this dive watch since new in 1981 and made many scube dives with it. The watch stopped running about 10 years ago and a local watch shop said it could not be fixed. A couple of specialty watch shops I talked to were backlogged and were not accepting new work. Luckly, I discovered TWR and they were super responsive. I completed the evaluation form and sent in my watch for repair evaluation. They comfirmed it could be repaired, provided a quote and completed the work with my approval. I received my running watch with a new crystal in a very reasonable amount of time for a reasonable cost. Thank you TWR!

Took my watch in for a simple crystal replacement on July 19, 2021. I was quoted $75 and they said it would be ready for pickup in a week. Called exactly one week later (July 26) to ask if my watch was ready for pickup. A lady answered and said, “Oh noooo… this type of job usually takes at least 2 weeks. We will call you when it’s ready.” On July 23rd I was called and told the aftermarket replacement crystal they ordered for my watch would not fit. If I wanted to get my watch fixed they suggested purchasing an original crystal from Hamilton directly, and the crystal and gasket kit alone would be $200. I let them know in that case it wasn’t worth repairing and decided I would just pickup the watch as is. They told me to pick it up July 26. I went to pick it up July 26 on my lunch break and the guy brought it out still in pieces and un assembled. He let me know that the repair tech had to leave early and they weren’t able to get the job done in time. He said on Wednesday (August 4) another repair tech will come and he may be able to re assemble the watch. If not I would have to wait even longer. Today, August 5, I get a call and text that my watch is finally ready to pick up. I go once again on my lunch break and pickup the watch. It had tape all over it to hold the broken crystal in place, and to keep debris from getting in. When I get to work I removed all the tape and there were multiple scuffs, scratches, and dings all around the case. See pictures. I sent the images to Total Watch Repair and of course they claimed the damage didn’t happen there. After some back and forth texts they asked if I had pictures of the watch before I took it into repair, and little did they know, OF COURSE I DID 😂. Sent them a pic of the watch before I dropped it off at the shop and they said, “OK, no big deal bring it in that stuff will polish right off”. In summary my watch was quoted: $75 to get it fixed. (It was going to cost over $200) Job would take 1 week. (Didn’t get my watch back for almost 3 weeks) And to sum it all off, when I finally got my watch back, not only was it not repaired, but it was also covered with scratches and dings!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! UPDATE*** 8/5/21 3:35PM Just received a text message from the owner of this shop. He is now harassing me via text because I left a negative review. Hilarious!!! Please see the screenshot! JUST ANOTHER REASON TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IMAGINE TRUSTING THEM WITH YOUR ROLEX, OMEGA, etc… THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR WATCH AND THEN HARASS YOU WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT ON IT!

I'm prob not their typical client, as I simply needed to have batteries and straps changed on some old watches. But their prices were good and every staff member was kind and helpful. Happy I could get my Swatch, Fossil, and Guess back!
