Well I can say from day one when I first applied on 5/6/22 the whole staff gave excellent hospitality. They showered me with snacks and the manger Ms Amber was awesome by helping me with any questions or concerns that may have had. She definitely went over and beyond including her staff. Everyone is not perfect but their was no flaws she just do things by the book. So if you want a positive results just do what’s right. As for my new home, I love it 🥰. I can’t stop thanking God for it. Only one thing I didn’t like but that’s cosmetic. But it’s not major.Maintenance was on time when something wasn’t right but even though it was minor he was on it. Very nice man too and knowledgeable. I moved in recent but inside I don’t hear a lot of noise. There maybe a few occasions when kids or people are out but nothing major just kids having fun. My neighbors seem to stay to themselves but they are very cordial and respectful. I can’t ask for much but it’s homey!!!!

These apartments did not look anything like the photos. They were run down, full of filth and shady people, drug dealers walk right up as soon as you park to visit someone. Praise God my precious neuce was able to get away from there. These are all section 8 unless THEY CHOOSE NOT YOU. VERY UNFAIR.
