The worst apartment complex I have ever seen in operation. How it’s still in operation is beyond me. Roaches, nothing is ever fixed and no one in the office ever answers the phone or returns messages. A bunch of lazy, incompetent people working there. You can change the name of the complex and You can change management companies which they do all the time. Still remains this place is trash! Save your time, money and insanity and rent elsewhere.

Calling this place roach infested would be an understatement, no use in talking to the front office because they will never answer and constantly dodge you. The only thing attractive about this place is the rent $$$price…which doesnt last long after they tack on bs fees. They raise rent prices on everyone and not one cent goes back to the complex, although this isn’t the *most* ghetto place I’ve stayed at it is top 2 worse! Quality of this place is quickly deteriorating every week! Have a great day!

I rated 4 star just because they increase the rent after my application other then that my stay was awesome.quick response by maintanance . I put work order for food disposal during long weekend but still they came to check on the same day .Another thing is my neighbours were very nice ,i was comfortable in walking around. Also there was deposit of $150 which they refunded when i leave the place .It was awesome . I recommended my few friends but unfortunately there was nothing available when they need .

Lived there for 2 years maintenance does not come to change the air filters automatic fence does not work had a clicker for the gate only worked for a month out of my 2 years living there then it was never fixed. It was always supposed to get fixed same with my wife’s. 1st year there my ac would not work they claimed it would cool fine but during the summer it was hell, the ac unit broke down then they replaced it and it worked fine but I had to suffer that whole summer and they did not care!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend.. my honesty
