I felt mostly on my own and had to ask many things to finally settle and get started. Also prices are TOO expensive! That said, people were still polite and my mother who was a first timer had a wonderful time. The pieces came out good too.

Would never throw a birthday party here because of the horrible staff . I went to a child’s birthday party and someone broke my daughters cup that she was painting on. Even though my daughter wasn’t the one who broke the cup , I asked them to kindly look at the cameras and understand that my daughter did not break the cup and she should not be responsible for having to pay for it. The staff are some young teenagers that are so extremely hostile and rude. It’s a child’s birthday party I couldn’t believe that k was witnessing and experiencing and they use vulgar language and scream at me telling me that I absolutely must pay for the broken cup and I insist please look at the cameras And be a human and have some consideration Anyway I ended up paying for the broken cup which honestly it’s fine it’s just the hostility and the unprofessionalism of the staff I would NEVER throw a birthday party here They should really be ashamed of themselves how they behave in front of other children at a birthday party and how horrible the customer service is. I couldn’t even get a word in because the guy wouldn’t even hear me out , kept on talking and talking I mean what happened to the service industry after Covid ? The owner should be ashamed to hire and not train their staff to speak with respect to customers - at a childrens birthday I took a video of the experience and if the owner wants to get in touch with me I will happily send them the video of their horrible employees

The kids and I had a fun experience. Kimberly was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for some unique fun. 💜 It was totally amazing!! Can't wait to see the finished product.

This was so much fun! We found a deal online for Valentine's Day and we couldn't have had a better time. It fun, relaxing, and challenging (after a few drinks 🍺🤣)! The staff was very accommodating and just all around nice! Yes, we are adults, and yes this was still a blast!
