The management is awesome.I moved in a month ago and was promised a new refrigerator. Today my new black fridge was delivered. This is also a great community to live in especially if you have kids.

Staff is great, my only problem is the parking availability.. there are guest parking spaces, but, tenants have their guests park in our spaces with zero concerns. My car, that is registered was recently towed. I was told a memo was sent out that residents couldn't park in vacant apartment driveways, and that's why my car was towed.. and yet I see tenants parking in those spots with zero consequences. I have taken several pictures of the same tenants parking in those Spots.. of course management has not responded.. i had to pay $200 to retrieve my car..

I have had a wonderful experience with my community and management. Some repairs have taken a while, however, in their defense, corporate has since changed management and maintenance. The current staff is great. They are currently making improvements throughout the community and completing old repair requests. I would suggest making all handicapped entries on parking lots wheelchair accessible. I would suggest drive m-thru security as well.

In the middle of my app process management changed. I thought they ran off with my $400 deposit. When I call to touch base about where I stand with approval &/or getting my money back nobody answers the phone. This is what happens when you don't do more research on a business..I ended up settling for whatever. That's exactly how im being treated. I made a huge mistake. Now I'm waiting to move in to the unit that I have yet to lay my eyes on..I pray this is just because management needs to get settled.

After 9am and before 12 and after 4 and your so right they don't answer the phone I can't stand that but keep trying
