I have lived here over a year and when i first moved in there was a different management but now it seems since there has been new management. This place really has gone to shitz. Nothing works around here the gates the doors the fobs nothing. The hallways stay filthy. When u speak to the manager Lacey about things she saids things will be fixed it’s literally going on a month and nothing has been fixed. We need new management or something.

Moving in was a smooth experience. Lacey and Chad were very helpful. Chad showed me the property and made the experience nice. The leasing staff gave me confidence that this is a great property to be at and I thank them for it. Thus far it’s been nothing short of a 5 star experience

Chad is an amazing help! The day of move in I was running behind and he stayed to wait on me after closing time. He was late to an engagement, but that let me know he cares about his resident. I appreciate him sincerely!

After calling The Callie and following up by email in regards to paying my deposit, Chad gave me a call right away. Not only did he call but actually took the time to walk me through paying my deposit online so that I can secure my apartment without having to travel in inclement weather, thanks Chad!
