Oh nothing just been without proper AC for 2 months 100 plus degrees outside, Every time I speak to Eva in office she advises someone will be out the following day no one ever shows, When I call to follow up she doesn’t know who I am and got very combative when I advised the maintenance man never came… oh and he STILL HASNT CAME

I’ve been trying to move into this place for years and I’m finally here… The ladies in the office are so nice and helpful with everything they do for you.. we just recently received new toilets and new showers and they are amazing. I thank the staff so much for making this my new home and being so helpful in the process.. Management you rock!!!

We have a New owner and management team which is great! The ladies in the office show GREAT PROFESSIONALISM. They answer the phones, the office is open during business hrs, The maintenance team are fixing what was overlooked by the last owner and management. They're doing their BEST to turn things around to make the property better for the residents and our guest. The New management team understands the frustration of the residents due to the previous owner and management. They are doing everything to make it right. They actually CARE about us. In time this property will be exactly how it's supposed to be, amenities and all. I applaud management. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU!

I can’t wait for my lease to be up this year that’s if I don’t break it). Between management and maintenance I don’t know who is worse. They tell you to put work orders in and when you do THEY STILL DONT COME OUT . i call the front office and all they do is rush you off the phone tell “you ok we’ll send someone out” and still no one show up.. it took corporate to come visit them just for someone to come fix my AC( I called the front office and 5 minutes later the maintenance man shows up at my door).Then yall marking work orders “completed” without fixing the issue.. . YALL NEED TO DO BETTER OR YALL GOING TO LOSE A WHOLE LOT OF RESIDENTS !
