DON'T MOVE HERE! Initially, I gave them a positive review when I lived there, but over time they had a huge turnover rate and I was given conflicting information by staff. The pool was NEVER opened in the 2 years I lived there. It was either under maintenance, and several times after the renovation was finished I was told I couldn't go in because the city quarantined it. The straw at me not being able to recommend this place is after I moved out, 3 days later I got a call from a collection agency saying I still owed them money. I never got any contact from them saying that I didn't pay the balance I owed. No call, no email, no letter to my new address, and when I called and emailed asking for the reason I owed money, I received no reply. The collection agency ended up deleting all but one charge as they found the other 3 were not legit after I disputed it. I settled on 107 from 450 just to get it off my credit report, but I still believe I paid everything I owed, and was very offended that they went right to a collection agency without contacting me first and only 3 days later. I am moving to a new apartment and had to pay a higher security deposit because they wouldn't respond to a reference call or email to confirm I fulfilled my lease and paid out all the rent. This place will have friendly staff until you sign, but then will screw you over.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR GOOD REVIEWS AT ALL! THEY HAVE PPL POST THOSE FOR CREDIT JUST SO THEY CAN KEEP THEIR RATING UP! This place is awful in just about anyway it can be for apartment living. There is a bug infestation. I say bug because not only are there roaches, there are spiders, gnats, flies, and centipedes. They have sprayed my families apartment a few times and yet the roaches still persist. We are very clean and have had 5 apartments in our lifetime with absolutely no problems with bugs. Some of the leasing agents act like everything you’re saying is a joke or something when you try to talk to them. Neighbors are inconsiderate. Throwing trash everywhere around the apartments, blasting music any time of the night, letting dogs bark outside late at night. The infrastructure is awful, the way the floorboards are laid out, it answers part of the bug question with all the cracks and gaps. If anyone lives above you, you will know their very move because floors are awful and even light walking sounds like stomping. We’re on the 2nd of 3 floors, so that’s even worse. Save yourself the stress and money.

I walked in just looking to see if the complex was right for me and was automatically greeted by Sergio, sweet and very helpful man!! I usually don’t write reviews but if you have or need anything from this complex Sergio is definitely the man to ask! Made me feel comfortable with any questions I had and had arrangements with any problems as well.

The leasing team had phenomenal customer service. They answered all my questions and very helpful with the entire process. Tim the maintenance guy is very knowledgeable, knows what he is doing, and gets things fixed in a timely manner. Great group of individuals!
