They judge you! Unfortunately we lived here and it was horrible! The office ladies harass you and walk into your apartment without even calling you first. Also if they don’t like you they will do anything and everything in their powers to get you kicked out. For example violating the lease! Parking space is small af and people damage your cars bc it’s to close together. Ants in the kitchen even if your place is clean.

I actually really enjoy living here. It's a decent sized apartment for my husband and 2 children. The floor is laminate and I love that. The office staff is so far friendly. We live down the street from a park and elementary school. A couple of shopping centers and little outlets. Also right by the highway. Parking lot is well lit up and I haven't noticed anything strange or illegal happening at night. **a big one! They are very prompt about getting things fixed! Our A/C was out for a few days, they came everyday to try to fix the problem. Ultimately they ended up replacing everything. But they got it done fast** My only real complaint so far is that its kinda dirty. For example the pool always seems so dirty. I also see a lot of trash in the open areas and under staircases. (Yes people should clean after themselves) but regardless it makes it look sloppy when it's actually really pretty.

I've lived in numerous apartments and cities. This is bar far the absolute BEST place I've ever lived in. The staff is beyond amazing. They actually care about their residents and really take pride in what they do. My neighbors have became more like family to me. I've never lived next to such amazing, caring people. Any maintenance issues are promptly handled that very day. I'm so blessed and happy that I found this little hidden gem. I've been here for a 1.5 years and plan on staying many more.

I've been here 3yrs and it was time for me to re-sign my lease... I thought about moving but I thought about where else could I go were the maintenance will come out the same day you put an order in.. Where else can I go and when I walk in the office and they treat me like family?? Who can be more understanding, loving, and caring then the staff we have at our office??? Will that rent office call and tell me to come to the office because their having a pot-luck for Thanksgiving and to get me something to eat? Probably not, therefore I was more than happy to re-sign my lease...
