I have moved a lot in the last 20 years and this is the best place I've lived in by far. Everyone, staff and residents are super nice. Facilities are great and so is the location. Even a great little restaurant across the street. The streetcar is only a block away. I plan on living here for the rest of my life. Unless they raise the rent too much :) If you move in be sure to stop by and say hi!

I FIRST WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER IRYNA HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP TO MYSELF AND MY WIFE. I AM A TENANT HERE AT JST FLATS AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH IRYNA THE PROPERTY MANGER. I WOULD RECOMMEND JST FLATS OR ISLAND FLATTS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A PLACE TO LIVE. IRYNA IS A HARD, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY HELPFUL,AND FAIR PERSON. IRYNA IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP IN ANYWAY SHE CAN. MY WIFE AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU PERSONALLY TO IRYNA FOR EVERYTHING. ALSO ALL THE STAFF AT JST FLATS AND ISLAND FLATS ARE AMAZING AS WELL. The building is very nice and clean. The security is great and the location is great. It's right in the heart of the Gaslamp District. It's definitely a good place to stay for single people.
