DON'T. MOVE.HERE. This complex feels like an overpriced public housing project. Extra miscellaneous fees added to to your rent, while nothing works. Water turned off every other day, trash everywhere, management extremely rude, with a little racism mixed in.etc, etc. Don't waste your money here, look around, read reviews of CURRENT tenants and believe them. Good reviews for this complex are outdated. Go where you are appreciated and respected as a tenant. This is not that place.

I LITERALLY just called to get information & the lady that answered the phone was NOT helpful & referred me to the website, that I told her I got the information from! I feel so bad for the people living here!! I’m glad I got to experience the rudeness via phone so i won’t waste my time applying!

These are by far some of the worst apartments I’ve stayed in. They are always shooting in the parking lots. The apartments are falling apart and maintenance never comes. They’ve changed management at least 3 times since I’ve been here over this last year and they went up on the rent without warning. They are very small and a one bedroom is now $1000 once they add everything. Oh yeah and the water is cut off at least once a month. My lease is up this month and I am running away no looking back. Oh yeah and if you have kids please do not move here unless you want them asking you are those gunshots every week. Today is 04/20 and they are outside cutting the grass before 9am. They are always loud in the morning waking everybody up I’m tired of this.

Don’t move here. New management is terrible. Any good reviews I can assure you are fake. They have come in and done everything to make the current residents uncomfortable so that they don’t want to stay. There is no speaking with them. The people in the office are rude( mainly the guy) and will talk over you then hang up in your face. You try and make arrangements to get things situated and they will not even allow that. They lock the office doors during business hours which why even open if we don’t have access. The only pleasant ppl in the complex is security at this point. They are changing so much just so they can raise rent I bet. The complex owes me money which I’m sure I’ll never see because at the end of the day they do not care about the residents at all. Oh and if you show any type of frustration you are immediately a threat because an angry black person to them is clearly a problem even though they are the cause. Oh and no offered amenities are working so there’s that.
