Avoid this complex. Its dirty, Tenants don't pickup after their animals. Management will blame the wrong tenant for it. Plumbing is a continuous issue, backing up. When you leave, management will charge you cleaning fees regardless if you leave if spotless. If they ask you to paint to avoid charges, don’t bc they will charge you anyways. Last month we not be automatically withdrawn if you setup autopay, this way they charge you a late fee. There is not enough parking and tenants have more then 3cars, which they use the open spots and never more them. Management does nothing about this except if they are right in front and someone complains.
