The check-in was fast and easy, just scan a code and do the paperwork on your phone. They called me back within 10 minutes of checking in. The doctors and staff were polite, friendly, and professional. I have Kaiser insurance and Kaiser is just the worst, my trip to Henry Mayo urgent care was cheaper than going to Kaiser urgent care (with insurance)! I was very happy I went there, highly recommend.

I went into urgent care to get a TB test and everyone was so nice friendly and very welcoming. Even the guy that gave me the test was super nice and just very informative. Overall I was really happy.

I ended up here after the wait at Exer was too long. I wasn’t very satisfied with the check in process, being asked to explain in front of others what my issue was, not being given instructions on signing in, or asked for a copay. However, the nurse and assistant were very personable, professional and helpful.

Dr. Veronica was FABULOUS. Of course, she was professional but she really listened to me. I felt like I had an old fashioned doctor's visit and not an urgent care stop off. It was quiet in the facility. I didn't have a long wait. She asked good questions. The support staff was warm, friendly, but not intrusive. I was super pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean, organized. I stressed out a bit with the app oriented check-in, but took a deep breath and knew I could handle it. It was just DIFFERENT. (Glad I'm not REALLY old. 😉) Thank you!
