I am a somewhat new resident here and I absolutely love it here! Really friendly and peaceful community and very clean area. The pools are always clean and pretty big and deep so that we adults can also have a little fun. Also a very pet friendly area. My dogs love going outside to the pet area to run around and play! The staff are awesome and very helpful. A real understanding crew!! They always help me out and haven’t let me down at all. The manager lysandra is so sweet and helping too! She is really caring and she actually takes the time to hear you out and help in all the ways possible! I couldn’t have choose a safer and more comfortable place.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would. The AC is constantly going out in this Texas heat and they come to look at it and say “oh it’s working fine” when the thermostat shows it’s clearly over 80 degrees in the apartment. I’ve complained several times and nothing has been done so we had to go out and buy fans to cool our apartment. They tow your car constantly. People’s cars are always getting towed! Even when they are parked in the correct spots. Not to mention their parking arrangements are all messed up. The laundry rooms don’t even work! A laundry room recently caught on fire. And the ones that are left have one washer and one dryer that works that is supposed to be used by an entire complex. We were without hot water for over a week. And it’s still going out. There are issues with roaches that they refuse to fix because the entire complex is infested with them. The office staff is so rude, specifically the property manager Lysandra. She has horrible customer service skills and is just plain rude and unhelpful. I’ve tried to email corporate about her but nobody ever responds. Not to mention they NEVER answer the phone so you can’t even call and complain. They purposely ignore phone calls all day long. Please do not move here, stay away and find some place much better. This has been the worst place I’ve ever lived and I cannot wait til our lease is up.

I only gave 2 stars for the previous property owners !!!! I lived on this property years before getting forcefully kicked out and I was over paid up on my rent & they still haven’t cut me my check for my deposit and remaining balance , the rent had went down in my apt I was in so they didn’t want me to sign a new lease .. though I was paying monthly & tried to renew at that time !! They wouldn’t give the managers number or corporate and I have yet to hear from anyone they kept saying log onto your portal nevr knew who to communicate and they refused to give me the information very unprofessional!!! I loved the place the property even the maintenance crew !!! Someone please contact me pls with higher authority over this property!!

Definitely worth a visit here if you're looking for a new place. My fiance and I recently took a tour of The Enclave. The grounds were clean, the gym has nice equipment, and the new dog park area was especially appealing to us (we have two small pups). We did read some negative reviews online, but after talking with Christian, the gentleman who assisted us, he said the front office has been staffed with new friendly faces and they're working hard to make positive changes.
