Haven't been here too long but so far the apartments are very nice and spacious, updated and clean. The pool is always clean and apt complex is always clean. Neighbors are quiet and to themselves. The manager Ms. Alicia and her assistant are both very humble and kind, she helped me with my application and was very informed that if I ever Needed anything to give her a call. I love the location and it's close by alot of Dallas's beautiful scenery day and night.

I visited a friend at this property and was very impressed. The grounds were very clean and well taken care of. The units are spacious and clean. Management is very helpful and nice.

Alicia and Lupita are the two nicest people I have met since moving to Texas both made my experience of searching for an apartment effortless. Because Alicia and Lupita were so helpful and informative made me end my search with their property at Autumn Creek!!! Thank you Alicia and Lupita!!!

DO NOT MOVE THERE. I lived there two years and Alicia Morales the property manager is RACIST to the MAX. If you are black she will harass you and even try to evict you for anything.. Especially if you are black. If you’re on Housing.. take your voucher else where. The roaches are the size of humans. There is no maintenance so if something breaks they will not do anything. She tried to evict me but wasn’t able to and I moved now I’m waiting to get my deposit back and they sent it to an address not including the door number so now Alicia Morales is telling me she does not care and I need to call corporate which NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO LIVE THERE. So GLAD I MOVED!. There were 6 people evicted at one time and they were all black. I promise you will see if you stay there.
