So for starters I am one to never leave reviews but this place has changed that. I’ve lived here for 2+ years and can see a steep decline in the maintenance and care for this place. I’m in awe at how this apartment has yet to be closed down with the immense amount of trash and filth throughout the complex. Don’t be fooled by the marketing of “luxury living” promoted online and through the apartments website, there isn’t anything luxury about this place. Whether its not being able to access doors with broken key fob entrances, busted gates for resident parking, or even being able to access the amenities such as (pool,fitness center, etc..) I’d stay clear of this place if you can and save you your time and money.

Victoria was nice and honest, place needs a bit of work but they are working on it. Access now controlled, trash chutes now being cleared regularly and pets being controlled. The new management was handed a really bad situation but they are tackling it.

Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here. I’m not an actual tenant but my niece lives here and these people are crooks and honestly unethical. They had my car towed from here last night but it’s registered under my nieces apartment. Im 100% sure they are working with the tow company. That is the second time my car has been towed within 3 or 4 days. The AC units suck. The managers are so unprofessional and there’s this one lady in the office who shouldn’t even have a job. GO ELSEWHERE, save yourself time money and disappointment!!!

THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER!! To begin with i went to see the unit which was false advertised. I kept asking to see the unit that we will be moving into and they kept giving me the run around about that. Move forward to December 6ty which was move in day and we get the keys just to walk in to the apartment filled with roaches, countertops dirty, ceiling falling in, doors broke! The Texas health department will be called because this is sick you think someone would live in this??? THE WHOLE APARTMENT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Soon as you walk through the halls you see filthy trash sitting out each trash chute!
